Weekday rate $185.00 per night,+ tax /Spring Special Reduced from 305.00 per night
Weekend rate of $215.00 per night,+tax/Spring Special Reduced from 315.00 per night
Lake View Suite (with private entrance and porch)
Weekday rate of $215.00 per night+ tax/ Spring Special Reduced from 315.00 per night
Weekend rate of $245.00 per night,+tax/Spring Special Reduced From 335.00 per night
All rates are based on double occupancy for each night.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card, Travelers Checks and Cash.
A
deposit of one night stay is required at the time your reservation
is made with balance due upon check out. A deposit must be made by
credit card. However, arrangements can be made for the use of other forms of payment,
for the deposit and stay. Simply feel free to discuss the same at the time the reservation
is made.
Refunds
Required
deposit of one night stay will only be refunded if the cancellation is
made 14 Days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If the
reservation is canceled less than 14 days from your reserved date
of arrival/check in, the deposit shall be forfeited and a service fee
of 25% shall be charged to your credit card.

Children:
Regretfully, no children under the age of 12 for weekend and holiday
stays. However, we have two little children here on the
premises and you may see them on occasion. So, if
you are traveling with one child under
the age of 12, and would like to stay here during the week, please feel
free to discuss the same at
the time your reservation is made.
This is a non-smoking establishment.
Smoking is allowed only in designated area outside of the home.
